During 2018 our theme was to be 'Transformed.' Now in 2019, we believe that God had led us to the 'Next Steps' in our journey as disciples. We take inspiration from Psalm 37:23:
"The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him."
The word that Whiteford Wesleyan Church will use to guide our Next Steps is 'Thrive.' God calls us to thrive. To thrive is to "grow vigorously!" As we thrive individually, the church thrives collectively. For us to thrive, the goal is to commit to three things each week: one hour of worship, one hour of discipleship, and one hour of service.
We also want to share examples of how members of WWC are thriving throughout 2019. Each month we will feature a member's testimony that connects the monthly series with how they are thriving.
