GROWING TREE PRESCHOOL
PROGRAMS
Growing Tree Preschool classes are offered:
Red Apples: Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30 - 11:25 AM
Yellow Apples: Monday and Friday 8:30 - 11:25 AM
*Children must be three years-old, potty trained and be current with all vaccinations to attend.
**Yellow Apple registrants must be four years-old and entering kindergarten in the fall.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Growing Tree Preschool Program is excited by your interest in our program!
Preschool Registration Requirements:

Your child must be age 3 by September 1 of the school year in which they are enrolling

Have independent bathroom skills (able to use the restroom by oneself)
The following completed paperwork is required for registration:​

*Completed green health appraisal form with doctor signature and immunization record

Placement Contract

Licensing Notebook Form

Volunteer Waiver

Communication Form
